Walking Track Guidelines
A CORI background check is required – a copy of a MA driver’s license with the applicant completing the necessary paperwork. Pending approval, a picture ID badge will be issued. An administrative one-time fee of $10 will be assessed to cover the cost of producing the ID badge.
Hours of operation are weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. and evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Walking Track is closed on holidays, weekends, school vacation weeks, and days when school is not in session.
Walkers are advised that surveillance cameras are in operation on the property.
The parking lot in front of the MHS Ram should be used.
Entrance and exit is via door #24 (Gymnasium door) and the Green Harbor Beach stairwell. Use the stairs to go to the second floor and then exit the stairwell to the left. The Walking Track is directly in front of you.
An I.D. Badge must be worn at all times while using the facility.
Only sneakers are allowed on the walking track.
Jogging and running are not permitted – the track is for walking only.
No animals, food, drink, strollers, carriages, or roller blades are allowed on the Walking Track.
Restrooms are located to the right of the entrance of the Walking Track on the second floor.
Access to any other part of MHS is prohibited.
Any school related activities have priority with respect to the Walking Track.
Use of the Walking Track is at your own risk.
Participants agree to accept all MHS Walking Track Guidelines stated above.
Access to the facility may be revoked if guidelines are not adhered to.
The MHS Fitness Center is not for public use.
