Some SRS alumni & members of the MHS varsity football team recently stopped by South River Elementary. They shared tips with their younger peers on time management and balancing school with extracurricular activities. School Nurse Julie Stiles from South River School hosted a CPR class for staff, ensuring that SRS is ready to help support the community in the event of a medical emergency. 🩺❤️🩹 Julie had support and collaboration from School Nurse Courtney Powers from GWS, Jenny Goodwin from MES and Kim Campbell from DWS. We currently have 10 nurses that have taken the steps to enhance their role and become BLS Instructors through the American Heart Association. Each of them provide education and CPR to staff in the district. We are so fortunate to have amazing school nurses in the MPSD! 🤩💚🙌 #WeRMarshfield
